Warning: May Be Habit Forming

Walking can stimulate a free mind if done out and away from concrete and nature is absorbed. I am having the most enjoyable days lately. Today I hiked another 3 miles. These first 10 miles have established a new routine that I must admit is becoming a bit of a habit. If my addiction to hills, deep breathes, and wide open spaces worsens I might just reach a height of clarity unmatched. I purposely sat on a rock for 15 minutes and did absolutely nothing but listen to the sound of my own breath, captured the moment, felt myself sitting hillside in Nevada and no where else and then, "I" was not. Ahhhhh. This may be habit forming.
